Your Deliver Driver is Important to You

If you don’t like your delivery driver, you might think the company stinks. If you love your delivery driver, then you love the company they work for. It doesn’t much matter what color the truck is, or how big the company is.

The delivery driver is the extremity of the corporate body. They are the face, the eyes and ears of the company. If your experience with the delivery driver is not good, it does not reflect well on the company.

Is Your Deliver Driver An Ambassador?

The driver may deliver the goods but do they deliver the brand promise? Are the drivers brand ambassadors? Do they deliver a great impression of the company?

The delivery driver may be the only contact you have with the company. I think the delivery driver should be a customer service agents on wheels.
