"I met Pete in 2008, when I needed a trainer to present a series of 1½ day workshops to introduce the logistics operation of a Fortune 500 company to the softer side of logistics – soft skills such as building relationships with clients, coworkers, and the public at large (when out there in a company-branded vehicle and uniform).
