Fortune 100 Cargo Aircraft Operations: DC-10

Problem:  Plan the introduction of the inaugural wide body cargo aircraft operations in the field replacing three narrow body aircraft while maintaining, at least, the same level of service to the delivery customer.
Solution:  Involve all operations personnel.  Analyze the operation in its smallest parts.  Reduce cycle times and transportation times while maximizing the number of simultaneous operations.
Results:  Service improved to all delivery stations while minimizing capital expenditure.
